This policy applies only to information collected through our website. Information you provide to us as a client — including financial account information, investment data, and personally identifiable information collected during the financial advisory process — is governed by separate privacy notices provided to you at the time of engagement. Investment advisory services are offered through Acrylic Financial, our partner Registered Investment Advisor, and are subject to Acrylic Financial’s privacy notice and applicable disclosures (including those required under SEC Regulation S-P).

2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Voluntarily
Currently, our website does not contain any forms or fields where you actively submit personal information. The Site is informational and does not solicit personal data through its current pages. If we add forms or interactive features in the future (such as a consultation request form or newsletter signup), we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice of the new data collection.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information through standard internet logging practices and analytics tools:
- Device and browser information: the type of device, operating system, browser type and version, and screen resolution

Business Partners (For Clients)
If you become a client of Wealthbridge Financial, certain information will be shared with our business partners as necessary to deliver advisory services. This sharing occurs only after you become a client and is governed by separate privacy notices and engagement agreements you receive at the time of engagement. Our primary business partners are:
- Acrylic Financial — our partner Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), through whom advisory services are provided. Acrylic Financial maintains its own privacy notice as required by SEC Regulation S-P
- Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. — the custodian where client assets are held
- APIM — our brokerage general agency partner for life insurance products
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our clients or others, or (c) prevent fraud or address security or technical issues.
Business Transfers
If Wealthbridge Financial is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, information collected through our website may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice on this Site if such a transfer occurs and applies to information collected from you.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). While we may not be required to comply with all CCPA provisions based on our current size and revenue, we voluntarily extend the following rights to California residents who interact with our Site:
