Wealthbridge Financial is a DBA of URFALYAN FINANCIAL & INSURANCE SOLUTIONS INC, a California corporation.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply only to your use of this website. If you become a client of Wealthbridge Financial, your client relationship is governed by separate written agreements you receive at the time of engagement, including investment advisory agreements, client privacy notices, and applicable disclosures.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after revisions are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

4. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Important Disclosure
The information on this Site is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial planning advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice tailored to your specific situation. Nothing on this Site should be relied upon as the basis for making financial decisions.
The Site presents general information about financial planning concepts, services we offer, and our perspective on various topics relevant to wealth management, retirement planning, life insurance, and financial planning. This information is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney who knows your specific circumstances.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. The performance of any investment strategy depends on numerous factors, many of which are outside our control.
Statements about tax rules, retirement plan rules, insurance products, or other financial planning topics reflect our understanding of the law and industry practices as of the date of publication. These rules change. Information on the Site may become outdated. Always consult current sources or a qualified professional before making decisions based on Site content.
5. Use of Calculators and Interactive Tools
The Site includes interactive calculators, including a retirement calculator and a life insurance calculator using the DIME method. These tools are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only. Each calculator is subject to the following:
Calculators Are Estimates
The calculators use simplified assumptions and rules of thumb. The numbers they produce are starting points for discussion, not precise calculations of your actual financial situation, recommended investment amounts, or recommended insurance coverage.
Calculators Do Not Constitute Advice
Output from the calculators is not personalized financial planning, investment advice, insurance recommendation, or tax advice. The calculators do not account for many factors that affect real-world financial decisions, including but not limited to: your full asset and liability picture, tax situation, employment circumstances, family situation, health, risk tolerance, time horizon, existing accounts and policies, regulatory considerations, and inflation. Limitations specific to each calculator are explained on the calculator pages themselves.
Calculator Inputs Are Not Stored
Values you enter into the calculators are processed within your web browser and are not transmitted to or stored by Wealthbridge Financial. Closing the browser tab discards the inputs.
No Reliance
You should not make financial, investment, insurance, or other decisions based solely on calculator output. Before making any such decisions, consult with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney who can review your full circumstances.
6. Advisory Relationship
Use of this Site does not create a financial advisory relationship between you and Wealthbridge Financial. An advisory relationship is established only after:
- You and Wealthbridge Financial complete a formal client onboarding process
- You execute a written investment advisory agreement (with Acrylic Financial, our partner Registered Investment Advisor)
- You receive and acknowledge applicable disclosures, including Form ADV Part 2 and Form CRS
Information you submit through the Site (if any) and conversations with us about financial topics, prior to executing a formal agreement, do not create an advisory relationship and do not establish fiduciary obligations. We are not your fiduciary or advisor until a formal agreement is in place.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and arrangement of the Site, is owned by Wealthbridge Financial, our licensors, or our service providers, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 11. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEALTHBRIDGE FINANCIAL, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent that limitation is prohibited by applicable law, the limitation in this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealthbridge Financial and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 14, any judicial action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Mandatory Arbitration — Please Read Carefully
This section requires you to resolve disputes with Wealthbridge Financial through individual binding arbitration rather than in court. By using the Site, you agree to this arbitration provision.
Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Wealthbridge Financial agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any other website-related dispute (a “Dispute”) shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except as set forth below.
Arbitration Rules and Forum
The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or another reputable arbitration administrator agreed to by both parties, in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver
You and Wealthbridge Financial agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration regarding any Dispute.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an action in court to:
- Seek injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property
- Pursue claims that qualify for small-claims court
- Address regulatory complaints with appropriate regulatory bodies (such as FINRA, SEC, or state securities regulators) where such complaints fall within the regulator’s jurisdiction
Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to privacy@wealthbridgefinancial.com within 30 days of first accessing the Site, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” The notice must include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision. Opting out will not affect any other portion of these Terms.
Disputes Related to Advisory Services
This arbitration provision applies only to disputes related to your use of this website. Disputes arising from a financial advisory relationship between you and Wealthbridge Financial (or our partner RIA, Acrylic Financial) are governed by separate dispute resolution procedures set forth in your investment advisory agreement and applicable regulatory requirements (including FINRA arbitration where applicable). Nothing in this Section 14 limits any right you may have to bring complaints to or seek relief from regulatory bodies, including FINRA, the SEC, or state securities regulators.
15. Severability and Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealthbridge Financial regarding your use of the Site.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any of our rights or obligations under these Terms at any time, without notice and without your consent.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, or interruptions in internet or utility services.
